SMS Selected by Gaylord Hotels for Property Services

Service Management Systems is applying its proven service model to another new industry, hospitality. Following intense study and analysis of the SMS business model, the company identified a natural fit with the customer service-driven focus of the hospitality industry and its high-traffic facilities. Gaylord Hotels has contracted with Service Management Systems for property services at its hotel properties in Nashville, Orlando, and Texas as well as the Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville.
